... the journey to find my inner stripper.
I’m 28, goth-ish and I live in Seattle. I’ve got two cats and a life partner- we’ve been together for 9 years. I grew up in Western New York, I’ve been a vegetarian for 16 years and I’m a fatty.
I don’t think that fat is a nasty thing to say, I don’t hate my body now nor have I ever. I am just on the search for a skinnier me so I’ll look hot in my wedding photos.
I am recanting my tales of this weight loss goal here, as publicly as I can, because maybe I’ll help someone out, or inspire, or maybe you’ll laugh at me or with me- doesn’t matter, it’s the internet and I does what I wants.
Please, feel free to ask me anything.

So for dinner tonight, I made a super super delicious low carb pizza, from http://stevieshearts.tumblr.com/post/15555858711/so-my-brother-wanted-to-try-the-low-carb-pizzaa-so ;)
I halved the recipe used by the above blog, as I was just cooking for myself.
- About 115g of light cream cheese
- 1 egg
- parmesan cheese (enough to cover the bottom of the cooking pan)
- butter (as above)
- toppings (1 tbs tomato paste, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, dried herbs, grated cheese, zucchini, tomato, onion, chilli and tomato)
Butter a pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese over. Mix the cream cheese and egg together, and then spread out onto a pan, I left mine about 1cm thick. I placed into the oven at 160 degrees celcius for about 25 minutes, and then took out to place toppings on. Then place pizza back into the oven at 230 degrees celcius for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to settle for a bit, and then viola! An amazing, low carb pizza for your delight.
OMG And just when I was having a super bad pizza craving……yay!!!!
